John is a very experienced automotive development engineer. He is knowledgeable in all the key product development procedures and processes that are pertinent to any type of product besides automotive products. This includes APQP and product quality development tool usage such as QFD, CTQ, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans and extensive work of SPC and DOE fundamentals. His work experience has demonstrated all of these skills. John also has a lot of experience mentoring suppliers and helping them achieve the expected automotive or industry standards for product development and project delivery.

I worked with John for few years at Microheat. It was very difficult time for the company. John was one of us who worked very hard to ensure Microheat’s successful transition from a small startup company to a tier one supplier. This is unforgettable!
